All riders must adhere to safety guidelines provided by instructors at all times. Appropriate riding attire, including a certified helmet, is mandatory. Khayyal-ae reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who poses a safety risk to themselves, others, or the horses.
Lessons must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the lesson being forfeited from your subscription package.
All subscription fees are non-refundable. Payments must be made in full before the subscription period begins. Lesson booking is contingent upon an active and valid subscription.
Equestrian activities carry inherent risks. By signing up, you acknowledge these risks and agree to release Khayyal-ae, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any liability for injury or damages that may occur. For minors, a guardian must accept this liability on their behalf.
